Your data, in plain words.

Campus Connect collects as little as we need to run a waitlist and, later, campus deliveries. We do not sell your information, and we do not use advertising trackers.

What we collect when you join

Your email address; whether you joined as a requester or a runner; your campus; your residence quad, if you pick one; and how you found us (the link or friend's invite you came through). If you answer the optional launch survey on your page, we keep your answers (for example, which meals you would order, or how many hours you could run).

What we collect automatically

To stop fake mass signups we store a short one-way fingerprint made from your network address; the address itself is never stored. We note when your private page is first opened. Our host, Cloudflare, keeps standard request logs for security and reliability. Your browser keeps a friend's invite code in session storage until you close the tab. We use no advertising cookies and no third-party analytics.

How we use it

To keep your place on the waitlist, count signups per quad, credit your friends' invites, and email you about launch on your campus. We only email you about Campus Connect, and every email tells you how to stop them: an unsubscribe link, or replying "stop".

Who else handles it

Cloudflare hosts the site and the database it is stored in. Resend sends our emails. Both handle your data only to provide those services to us. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information, and we share it with others only if the law requires it.

Keeping and deleting it

We keep your signup until you ask us to delete it or we shut the waitlist down. To see, correct, or delete your information, email info@campusdelivery.app from the address you signed up with and we will do it within 30 days. Unsubscribing from your page stops all email right away; a "stop" reply is handled by hand within 10 business days.

Students and children

Campus Connect is for college students. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes
